This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and other subsidiary sites reflecting the same company.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Terms are defined in this Agreement.

Website Disclaimer:

This website is not to be used for emergency purposes. If you feel like your health and safety are at risk, or you are concerned about someone else's health and safety, please contact emergency services on 999 (UK), 911 (USA), or contact your local A&E.

The information provided under the company MyHealthApp Limited and all of it subsidiary company Heal Trauma Bonding is to be used for educational purposes only. The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Dr Sarah Alsawy-Davies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

All other information provided by the company (including but not limited to information provided on this website, free pdf materials, podcast episodes, social media shares etc.) are all exclusively owned by the author, Dr Sarah Alsawy-Davies. Transfer of intellectual property is not permitted under any circumstances and legal action will be taken to end such actions and seek compensation. All information is owned and continues to be owned by Dr Sarah Alsawy-Davies.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes raised against MyHealthApp Limited or Heal Trauma Bonding will be resolved via the location under which the company operates, the United Kingdom and its laws, unless a resolution can be obtained in a legal and effective manner outside of court

Confidentiality & Safeguarding Statement.

This is not an emergency service and therefore it is advised that if you are in an emergency, to contact your local health care provider or A&E.  If you join the program and become a client of the organisation, confidentiality is maintained and measures will be taken to preserve your identity. However, in cases whereby your safety or the safety of someone else linked to the program is at risk, reasonable and adequate measures will be taken to ensure safety and wellbeing. This may involve sharing data with other healthcare professionals. In such circumstances, individuals will be notified of the process.

Program

The Heal from Trauma Bonding program agrees to provide course content as described in the Website to help clients. Clients agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement as condition of their participation in any of the programs.

Financial Obligation

Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as forms of payment. 

f Client chooses to pay by monthly installments, he/she authorizes the monthly charge for the product on the Client`s credit card or debit card.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In this privacy notice, if we refer to: “Website,” we are referring to any website of ours that references or links to this policy. “Services,” we are referring to our  Website,  and other related services, including any sales, marketing, or events. Data collected through cookies when you navigate the website does not reveal any personal information specific to your identity, however the data may indicate information such as your IP address, browser, operating system, language preference, country, and information about how you found the website. This data is needed primarily to maintain the security of the website and safety of its users. Location data reflects the location of the device which may or may not be precise. You can opt out of this by refusing access to the information by disabling your Location setting on your device. Note however, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Services. 

 

All data is protected under the GDPR & Data Protection Act (2018). The use of personal data follows strict rules to protect clients of the service. The data is used fairly, lawfully, and for specified purposes that are adequate to deliver the service, or are necessary to protect your wellbeing and safety. Data will not be kept longer than is necessary and data will be handled in a way that ensures confidentiality. Access to data will only be provided to those with authorised usage. You have the right to be informed how your data is being handled, access data, rectify incorrect data, and ask for data to be erased.

We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the  website.  We may use your information to administer prize draws and competitions when you elect to participate in our competitions. Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfil the terms of our contract.

Duration of how long data is maintained: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Verification process: Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification mean information such as email and phone number provided will be checked against our database to ensure its accuracy.

Company may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. All modifications shall be posted on the website and the purchasers or clients will be notified.

Video, Photo, and Testimonial release

By attending recorded events, I grant Dr Sarah Alsawy-Davies with a mailing address of 349 Bury Old Rd, Prestwich, Manchester M25 1PY, UK, the rights of my image, in video or still, and the likeness or actual sound of my voice as recorded without payment or consideration. I understand that my testimonial and / or my image may be edited, published or distributed and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finish product. Additionally, I waive the right to any royalities or compensation relating to such release of information. Furthermore, I will lose all rights to withdraw my testimonial or images or videos that are used.
